NERA Response LLC (“NERA”) provides a coordination, marketing, and dispatch platform intended to help connect property owners/occupants and referral partners with independent third-party contractors.
NERA is a lead-routing and dispatch platform. NERA does not perform restoration, remediation, mitigation, construction, plumbing, environmental, or contracting services. NERA is not a general contractor, public adjuster, or insurance company. All onsite service work is performed solely by independent third-party contractors.
Contractors are independent businesses and are not employees, agents, or representatives of NERA. NERA does not supervise, direct, control, or manage the contractors’ business operations, including their methods, pricing, materials, scheduling, safety practices, or workmanship.
NERA does not endorse, certify, or warrant any contractor, including their licensing status, insurance coverage, or quality of work. While NERA may collect administrative documentation from contractors, this does not constitute an ongoing guarantee of their real-time credentials or performance.
NERA does not guarantee that a contractor will be available to respond to your request, that a contractor will accept a specific job, or that any work performed will meet your personal expectations or insurance requirements. Timelines and results are subject to factors outside NERA’s control.
You are solely responsible for interviewing and selecting a contractor and for verifying their specific credentials, licensing, registration, and insurance suitability for your project. Any agreement for services—including scope, pricing, and payment—is solely between you and the contractor.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NERA and its officers, employees, or agents are not liable for any damages, losses, delays, defects, property damage, personal injury, or service failures arising from contractor services or your use of the NERA platform.
