NERA Response LLC (“NERA”) provides a coordination, marketing, and dispatch platform intended to help connect property owners/occupants and referral partners with independent third-party contractors.

1) NERA Does Not Perform Contracting or Restoration Work

NERA does not perform restoration, remediation, mitigation, construction, plumbing, environmental, or contracting services. NERA is not a general contractor, public adjuster, or insurance company. Any service work is performed solely by independent contractors.

2) No Control; No Agency

Contractors are independent businesses. NERA does not supervise, direct, control, or manage the contractors’ work or business operations, including pricing, scheduling, methods, materials, permits, licensing, insurance, safety practices, or workmanship.

3) No Endorsement; No Warranty

NERA does not endorse, certify, guarantee, or warrant any contractor, including their licensing status, insurance coverage, quality of work, safety practices, availability, responsiveness, or results. Any information NERA may collect (e.g., documentation) is administrative and may not reflect real-time status.

4) No Guarantee of Availability, Response Time, Price, or Outcome

NERA does not guarantee that a contractor will be available, that dispatch will occur without interruption, that a contractor will accept a job, or that any work will meet expectations. Results and timelines vary based on many factors outside NERA’s control.

5) User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for selecting a contractor and for verifying credentials, licensing/registration, insurance, and suitability for your situation. Any agreement for services (including scope, pricing, payment terms, and warranties) is solely between you and the contractor.

6) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NERA is not liable for damages, losses, delays, defects, personal injury, property damage, disputes, or service failures arising from contractor services or your use of the platform.

7) Emergencies

If you have an emergency involving immediate safety risks, call emergency services right away.
