Terms of Service

Effective Date: March 30, 2026

1) Scope of Service

NERA Response LLC (“NERA”) operates a wholesale lead dispatch platform connecting property owners with independent contractors. NERA is not a contractor and does not perform restoration work.

5) Wholesale Lead Purchase & SMS "Acceptance"

        The "Y" Rule: For Priority and Hybrid partners, NERA dispatches "Teaser" leads via SMS. By responding with "Y", "YES", or any affirmative variant to a lead alert, the Contractor provides express authorization for NERA to immediately charge the payment method on file for the specified wholesale lead fee.
    

Contractors acknowledge that the lead fee is earned by NERA upon the transmission of the full lead contact data (Name, Phone, and/or Address) following the Contractor’s SMS acceptance.

8) No-Refund & Credit Policy

All wholesale lead purchases are final and non-refundable. NERA provides a connection to a real-time service opportunity; however, NERA does not guarantee job contract signatures, insurance approval, or project value. Lead fees will not be refunded for "no-contact," "no-sale," or "price-shopping" scenarios.

10) Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island. Any disputes regarding lead quality must be submitted in writing to info@neraresponse.com within 24 hours of dispatch for administrative review, though credits remain at the sole discretion of NERA.
